Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyLinksAre. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. We've kept them readable; if anything is unclear, ask us.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use MyLinksAre. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account, including activity by team members you invite.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish, including any typefaces, images and files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, display and distribute it solely to operate the service, and you're responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Selling and fundraising

Products, tickets, bookings, tips and fundraisers link to checkouts you choose. Those sales are between you and your buyers under the terms of the provider you use. We don't process payments for your sales and we don't take a cut.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, malware, phishing or deceptive links.
• No impersonation of people or brands, and no misleading claims of affiliation or verification.
• No harassment, hate speech or content that sexualises minors.
• Adult content must be marked as sensitive so visitors see an age confirmation first.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Report anything that concerns you from the share menu on any page, or email abuse@mylinksare.com.

Usernames and verification

Usernames are first come, first served, but we may reclaim names that are inactive, infringe trademarks or are held to impersonate others. Verified badges are granted at our discretion after review and can be removed if the account no longer meets the criteria.

Paid plans and billing

Premium and Signature are billed in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We offer a full refund if you ask within 30 days of a charge.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep MyLinksAre fast and available, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyLinksAre is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
